new permanent lab bench

I didn't have a dedicated bench since I moved to Brussels in 2015. I lived in a great location, but free space was restricted. I had to timeshare my workspace for office work and lab work. Made a clean bench when finished working, took care that that bench was clean again when started working the next day. Now that I moved to a bigger (too big?) location, I finally got a prime spot again.

  • Looks great.  My electronics teacher in school always taught us to clean up daily.  It was probably to teach us how to work in shared spaces when we went out into the industry.  I have found it to be very useful at work, and frustrating with others don't clear the work areas.  It is helpful at my personal bench at home too, as I would probably have issues keeping a clear workspace making me unlikely to want to take the time to clear it and start working on a project.  I try to keep my main work area so that only my current project is there most of the time.
