preventing the most advanced ai on the planet from tracking me

i have quite an unbelievable situation and im trying to fix it i am being tracked by an ai i wont say which just yet but if anyone has any ideas id really appretiate it

Are you AI? It's the humans that you should worry about, and we can see remotely. Leave all phones/fobs, at home. Use ir lights to blind cameras, wear a layered disguise, change your gait and habitsGood luck .
