The track might actually fill in some of the potholes 
The vehicle still has a battery, just the potential for a smaller capacity one, so in theory intermittent power is less of an issue.
I'd imagine a snow plough blade set too low might be something for them to consider though.
At the end of the video they show some inspection of track being carried out for impact of weather and wear and tear.
I'm not sure how they plan to handle snow, ice, sand, gravel and salt with this other 'Arlanda' system under test. Perhaps the idea is that each passing vehicle self-cleans the track a little and there may even be a maintenance bot that does a deep clean, but what if you have snow followed by a freeze or some stone-like object that has been wedged in there with a truck wheel.
