Just joined the forum and thought to introduce myself. I'm working on a project to design a new passenger airbag. I already have a group on the project but am just waiting for an/the investor(s: and finishing the business plan. The airbag(s) is a double airbag system with inner and outer bags. We will have AI, of course, optimized for each passenger, magnitude of the crash, seat position of the occupant and, perhaps a sensor to determine the bone density of the passenger. The sensor for bone density is if some one has osteoporosis or is young, etc. Is that important? Yes, since the occupant could have injuries from just the bag deployment itself such as eye injuries, internal trauma, and so forth.
