I'm going to lobby against a forum for the "Finding a Home" buy/sell/trade topic. I spend way to much time and money buying stuff I don't need. I would find it hard to not buy stuff from some of the community…

It would be so nice to see products that you have not used and you would like to sell/gift it to someone. Rather it should also not become buy and sell website.
