I was asked to ship out some parts to a member by an element14 team member who recently left the company.
All I had was an email address.
To ship anything is not an easy process. Any shipping request must be approved by our Trade & Compliance department, so I need more than an email address to ship anything.
I tried to find the member but our database said, "No matching Members were found."
Just a reminder ...
Whenever you correspond with element14, please use the email associated with your account. Otherwise, you may not get your parts and we use our time hunting for you unproductively.
