Is there a way to see how many members are in the e14 community?

 This is correct. Over the lifetime of the Community, there have been over 900k members registered. We believe there is value in saying that the Community has reach and visibility to help stakeholders understand how a Community can bring people together. 
 Bots and bad actors regularly target the element14 community. I pour through the member stats and details and disable and remove the accounts where I can identify them.

 Verint can have issues with its 'ETL', its reporting system. We raised an issue with them last year that the process claimed it "ran successfully", but when you looked into its logs, it would say "it has failed to run" various subprocesses. This has affected all sorts of live reporting to under-report on numbers. 
 Regular members may also remember that we moved from Jive to Verint in November 2021. To reduce the cost of that migration, a member of the team decided that we would cut down on the number of registered accounts where they had signed up to the Community, were of a certain year of account age, and had not contributed to the Community in any meaningful way, and had not logged in for several years. 
 These are all contributing factors to the people count. 
 We continue to have several thousand active members per month and a great number of visitors to the site.

500K was mentioned here in 2017: 
 /members-area/b/blog/posts/thank-you-community-members-for-the-500k 
 but then I guess that was before the migration.
