Humanoid robot is a pretty generic description. Is it a hobby sized quadraped? Half pint pepper type robot ? Pacific Rim size ?
Blueprint ? Have a CAD model or 3D model ? Metal or plastic ? Multi material ? What resources are needed ?
You design it and want to contract a builder ?
Please provide a sketch and workscope for specific support needed.
Fg_ , in addition to what robogary said, if you want to find collaborators or people willing to help, it would be useful to know the goal of your project. What are you building it for? What are its designed capabilities? If it's a small scale model meant as a toy or for education, the segment of folks interested in helping is going to be different than the ones interested in your project if you are talking about a human-sized robot with a decent amount of strength that could be used in dangerous jobs.
Also what's your background? If it's a complex project (like a human-sized robot, or bigger) do you have a team? Things like that also help people estimate how serious you are about the project and its chances of success, which are both incredibly important indicators for anyone looking to invest or help.

I'm reading your list and it appears to be skill set and requirements for a design team.
What do you have for financial backers and or budget?
Very ambitious goals - I like it. However this could easily take a team of 40 technical experts 5 or more years to develop, and a lot of money. If you have limited resources, it may be prudent to focus on one aspect of the system that could generate early revenues that could be used to expand the development effort.
You mention “I” and also “my team”. Do you have a team already or is it just yourself? What is your/your team’s background and experience? Do you have any outline of a plan and budget?
Given what you are outlining I could easily imagine the likes of Google, Meta, Amazon having similar projects, perhaps even large medical organisations.
I don't fund anything without proof, so post it.
