Following on from: Shipping of prizes and parts to Community members and the trials and tribulations of the team
We have been working with the rest of the company to bring a more solid process in place to be able to ship out competition prizes, Design Challenge kits and RoadTest products!
We're going to have a rough few weeks as we bring it in line, but when we get into the swing of it, it should be a lot more reliable. I know there are a couple of RoadTests outstanding at present, but rest assured that we do have them here in the office, along with some Design Challenge kits.
Our kind folks over at the UK Warehouse will be helping us out (we recently went to visit! e14phil might even blog about it ;) ) on a regular cadence using the different couriers that we have at our disposal at the warehouse (where we also have courier representatives!).
I am super excited to not have to do shipping labels and to get extra helping hands on board that will mean not entirely relying on TNT/FedEx any longer.
Does this mean anything will change for you? No, not really. The way you sign up and register and make sure that your profile information is up to date with address and phone number will be the same.
As usual, your patience and work with us is appreciated and this should mean a better experience for everyone overall!
