I am getting 20 to 30 emails from Element14 How do I stop this from happening, Please Help (PS Is this the right place to ask this question as I am confused)?

 Is this from the online store ( https://au.element14.com ) or from the element14 Community? 
 If you need to adjust your subscription options to emails in the element14 Community you can always find the ability under the 'actions' on a group or similar 
 
 Or edit what you receive in your user settings: /user/settings
