I am getting 20 to 30 emails from Element14

I am getting 20 to 30 emails from Element14 How do I stop this from happening, Please Help (PS Is this the right place to ask this question as I am confused)?

    I am getting a bit fed up of them too. All I want to see in my Inbox is the title of the latest one in a thread. If it looks interesting then I should be able to press a key (e.g. '?')  to reveal all the previous replies. At the sender end (element 14) the first response to a thread will have no 'Re' in front of it so that is the one to send first, as an individual entry on the top row of my Inbox. The rest only get sent if I press '?'.
