I think that I have received something like this from aliexpress before...
Its a rorschach test. On the drawing I see a snowman. In the photo, it looks like an engineer stuck on a problem with deep furrows in their brow.
I see the electrical version of the hockey mask from Firday the 13th. Same outcome, I'm sure.
