Hello Element14 Community!
My name is Gunasekaran Madhu, and I’m excited to be part of this community of engineers, developers, and technology enthusiasts.
I currently work as a Lead Engineer, where I focus on QA/QE engineering, Agentic Transformation, automotive embedded systems validation, and test automation. Over the past 10 years, I’ve been working extensively with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, ECU validation, and automation frameworks for safety-critical automotive systems and Electrical Maintenance.
My Technical Background
My work primarily involves validating automotive electronic control units using platforms such as dSPACE and Vector tools. I frequently work with automotive communication protocols including:
-
CAN
-
LIN
-
FlexRay
-
Automotive Ethernet (SOME/IP, DoIP)
I also develop automation frameworks using Python and CAPL to improve testing efficiency and reliability, and agentic transformation. Much of my work supports ISO 26262 functional safety and ASPICE quality processes.
Interest in Embedded Platforms
Beyond automotive validation, I have a strong interest in embedded development boards, microcontrollers, and IoT platforms. I enjoy exploring how hardware platforms can be used for:
-
Embedded control applications
-
Communication protocol experimentation
-
Edge computing and intelligent devices
-
Rapid prototyping for real-world systems
Development boards are excellent tools for engineers to experiment, prototype ideas, and evaluate new technologies before integrating them into larger systems.
What I Hope to Explore in This Community
Through the Element14 community, I hope to:
-
Learn from other engineers’ hands-on projects and experiments
-
Explore new microcontroller platforms and development boards
-
Share insights from testing, validation, and automation
-
Contribute technical reviews and practical engineering experiences
Engineering communities like this are incredibly valuable because they allow professionals from different domains to exchange ideas, solve problems, and discover new technologies together.
I’m looking forward to connecting with fellow members and learning from the amazing projects shared here.
Thank you for reading!
