What is your favorite road test on element14? Either one you did or one someone else did.

Or what road test would you most like to see on this forum?

This link shows how many views and likes each review received. It can be a bit misleading if the review blog is a summary of a series of other blogs that each had separate views and likes.

One of my motives for asking this question is to discover if I missed any great road tests, so be sure to include a link.

Sorry, dougw . There's too much to choose from. I went back through much of the list, but I can't say that any one of them is my favorite. It did remind me of how disappointed I was in a couple of the devices.

Before going through the Roadtest list, I tried to think of write-ups. The ones that came to mind were all Design Challenges. I think my favorite Design Challenge (right now) is Experimenting with Single Pair Ethernet , although Experimenting with Industrial Automation does rank right up there. I think robogary captured it with his comment. My favorite Roadtest is whatever one is the current one.

Care to share a link to this? I'm currently trying to get LabView to talk to my DMM and the initial learning curve to get into the software is daunting.

I was looking for a link to my LabView roadtest only to find it was in fact a Design Challenge. I spent a LOT of time on that one, really testing out the scope and potential of the software. First prize was, unfortunately, a year’s subscription to the LabView top tier software but with a renewal price of nearly £4k it wasn’t something I could use. Design Challenges really produce some great output, arguably more indicative of capability than some of the Roadtests.
