obsolete, though i found 2400 available at digikey 

this is my water meter 900 feet down the hill, at the highway  hawaii island,

i hope youve been here, hawaii island is just one big gradual 40 mile slope from 13,600 peaks (2 of them)

if my pvc line breaks i ll have a 700 dollar water bill, in a few days have had

what s a good day here,the mountain is our friend as of course is the pacific all around us

but a thanksgiving trip to Boston....wow, jobs jobs jobs

so we, migrated into back bay Mass in march 72

i fixed radios on police, mass pike and one day... handed the brief full of centronics parts,,,got me a fairchild dip manual, and never left ... 

one printer cust hired me in '72 to repair cogar system terminals, unlike hazeltine at that time a wire wrap nightmare

cogar of utica had one large board, yeah here comes the word mother, some day

nonetheless soon i was flying coast to coast

this 4 k machine was nothing except a modem between mainframes

and when the mos memories started going south, with all the $$ tied ip in customer untransmitted data 

arriving back via logan airport, the boss , bud cannon asked if i wanted to locate to jersey for the new reforming company, i m sure your familiar with this industry 

well at the flat,my seminary escapee partner jack

, we re now 55 years together fyi, says "we can 

try nyc but here s a postcard from two of my ( wandering in those woodstock days ) sisters 

a card from hilo hawaii, " let s go there for the uneployment ( 6 mos)  come back east and get jobs again.... ( ha ha)

we arrived here the first time on this island, the largest and least tourist desirable oct 3 1973

we ended up camping on the shoreline near the airport, jack ruth mary lou and myself

there was a galvanised bucket in the county park there where we set up our tents, i would dump it out every morning full from the days prior rain

this was november and as in the philipines the rainy season

a couple long hairs had a ricketty old ford van and asked if we wanted to go to Hapuna beach

it s a gorgeous white coral sand beach on our west side70 miles away

we bounced in the back of the thing all the way and could feel the climate actually change, when the doors opened to paradise, in some advertiser s mind  ...it was the

kona side....now boasting an internatinal airport, thousands of itvisitorsme.... like so many places now...too much

OK Hawaii is nice but Guam, with water so clear you can see the bottom (I was a guest of the AF... LOL)
