Don't often see nice, round numbers like this when your score gets so high, so I thought it deserved a screenshot 
I wonder if I can be really, really careful with what I post, like and interact with over the next week or so, and see if I can get my points to land on 99,999?

Yes but it doesn't count wehn you're paid to look after the community.
Several years ago when the new levels were proposed there was a large outcry that no-one would ever be able to get very far.
There is adequate proof that if you contribute to the comunity you do get to these levels.

You'll have to create a points action that gives out an odd number if you want to achieve 99,999. 
I don't get round numbers anymore, because my point level ended with a 4 when the site stopped issuing single points. So now the final digit alternates between 4 and 9.
