Wondering if I can pick your brains for a moment - I’m looking for a screen that is 800x600 ideally for a small arcade cabinet I’m building and only have around 10” to 12” to play with.
The only things I keep finding are widescreen displays like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10-1-10-inch-TFT-LCD-Display-HDMI-VGA-Video-Driver-Board-for-Raspberry-Pi-/311390958984?hash=item488058f588:g:YXAAAOSwuYVWpqC6 which I think might look a little odd as they’re more like a tablet style display.
One that comes close is https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/hdmi-8-inch-lcd-screen-kit-800-600 although it's a little too small and it's also not for a raspberry pi but I guess that wouldn't matter.
The perfect find would be a screen that has component input as I want to use it with an original xbox that can output up to 720p on the right display.
