Mine was when I first visited Leeds Hackspace, and I worked on a system to monitor the temperature/humidity of the Hackspace - how did you get started?

Back when I was in high school, yes the old dark ages, I found a company that sent out monthly science kits for about 5 USD. I worked through each kit to learn electronics, mechanics, optics, and even some chemistry.
So I enjoyed learning real things and began my career that eventually saw me working on some of the most advanced aerospace projects in the country.
I still have my love of science, which led to my book "Reverse Engineering The Universe" where I introduce an entirely new perspective on how the universe works.
I continue to do analysis and research to see where I can apply my theory and I find good correlation to all things physics, chemistry and biology.
Learning how to learn and grow is essential to your personal growth as a maker and explorer.
