3D Printed Arduino Logo Wall Tile

Inspired by scouting merit badges, I decided to start a tile wall to celebrate my various achievements or milestones or whatever. To celebrate building my first online course (Arduino For Kooks), I'm going to design a tile based on the Arduino Community Logo--a frenetic jumble of multicolored shapes forming the Arduino "infinity" logo. Since my 3D printer only has one extruder, I decided to paint and assemble the differently colored pieces for a nice, lo-fi aesthetic. If you want to build your own, the STL files are attached!

Just the cheapest acrylic paint I could find! I think the brand name is "Craft Smart" or something. I'll see if I can find a link to it. Didn't even really do a proper job of prepping the surface, either…

I like the idea of 3D tiles and 'pictures', Logos. I did try painting some 3D printed items once (they were birthdays cards) but the paint just got 'sucked' into the material and just made a complete mess. What type of paint did you use?

Didn't even really do a proper job of prepping the surface, either--no primer, no sanding. Took about 3-4 coats to get a good color on each piece.
