Have been making my way up the food chain (processor-wise), figuring out what's the smallest system that'll run my home-grown jukebox. This week, I was able to squeeze in a bit of time in on the Cubietruck (aka Cubieboard v3). While I am going to put it to work (I'm thinking car-puter or portable DMS), it just misses the mark on being able to run the jukebox's Liquidsoap code and web front end. It handles one or the other nicely, but not both (and I still have to turn off a number of other daemons). The Cubietruck is just powerful enough that I'm looking forward to playing with the Cubieboard v4 and the Cubietruck-Plus (whenever that comes out).
