ARDUINO UNO r-2 is it better or is the r-3

I found the R-2 is than R-3 because there isn't so many error's and load's to the IC but that's my opinion. what's your's ? please post your comment's

arduino uno R2 is better then R3 for the simple reason it has less error's then the R3
