I thought I had finally received the board from the giveaway last September 4 Winners Announced: We're Giving Away Up to 10 Arty-S7 Boards to Use in an Upcoming Xilinx Workshop! but it seems I only received one out of two packages:
Like many of the other participants, I had to pay quite a bit for the customs and taxes (it's probably the first time I had to do this since I started living in Malaysia).
At first I thought I received both the PMOD and the FPGA since the box was quite large. It turns out, most of the packaging was empty.
Yep, that small box on top was the actual thing that was shipped. It was probably less than 10% of the package box's volume.
I've called the local DHL support and it turns out the second package was left back in the warehouse, and they will be arranging for its delivery tomorrow morning.
The whole thing was quite an adventure, composed of phone calls and following up on the forums. Many thanks to tariq.ahmad for his patience and understanding!
Hopefully by tomorrow I can finally get the actual FPGA, and get to catch up with the labs 
Excited to try and explore the world of FPGAs!
Update: The other parcel has arrived!
Also, danzima reached out to me last night re: the customs and taxes issue, and it has been resolved!
