This being the 56th anniversary of my birth, it should be noted that I have Big Plans to "Tune in the World with Ham Radio". I shall be taking and passing the General Class Amateur Radio Examination within the next 30 days. After that I shall install a modest dipole antenna and connect a Kenwood TS-520 to said antenna. Since a dipole antenna is sized for a specific frequency band, I am open to suggestions as to which band(s) do people in Northern Europe use to call up the USA on the Amateur Radio Service. Please remember that my License Privileges and Transceiver have limitations.
