  • Learning good time management skills is a must for anyone who wants to succeed.

     

    I had one of my new managers tell me that he had so much to do that he didn't have time to get organized.

    I explained to him that the whole point of managing was to organize your tasks and distributing them to others to do.

    He responded that he did not trust anyone else to do "his" job.

     

    Needless to say, we moved him out of management.
