The market requirements for high voltage capacitors in industrial applications, especially for DC-link, DC filtering and snubber capacitors are high reliability and long life in a compact case size.

 

With the EZPE series Panasonic developed a series that is supporting with advanced technologies these requirements. It is an ideal alternative for electrolytic capacitor as of improved energy efficiency, higher voltage and ripple current level and design flexibility.

 

Panasonic EZPE series is produced with metallized Polypropylene film and a patterned metallization technology (100% Panasonic black box technology). The special fuse function of the patterned metallization enables high capacitance, high withstand voltage and a built-in protection function.

Key features include long product life with high reliability, low ESR, full RoHS compliancy and high safety
