FHEM Port 8083

Trying to setup FHEM on my RPi 3, loaded FHEM 5.8 up with all updates but having difficulty doing the last step of actually https:// <RPI IP address> : 8083/FHEM

I keep obtaining "This site can't be reached". I am pretty sure of the RPi IP address as I looked using the "ifconfig" cmd . I am also sure that the router is not blocking the connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have finally loaded up FHEM on the Raspberry Pi 3 using FHEM5.8 I do not see the Enocean available on the left. I have been told to activate the learingMode: https://fhem.de/commandref.html#TCM_learningMode .

This should activate my Enocean Sensors automatically?
