So, Hasbro has created its own crowdsourcing platform called Haslab where in it's latest venture has succeeded in raising $3.85M with the Vintage Collection Jabba's Sail Barge (The Khetanna).
It's a nice looking replica of the Barge and will certainly add value to the backers collection. Perhaps these will be available for the holidays at the end of the year.
If you have a cool toy idea, Haslab might be a good platform to get the backing of a major toy company rather than go it alone.
