Helo All you Technolust, It's Hobbsy here.
Let me introduce myself, I am a young IT student currently studying for my diploma here in Australia. I have my own web design business with a few of my very close friend, who are like family too me. I am looking to start up a business by myself building/repairing computers and all sorts of Technology related jobs. From a very young age i have always loved curcuits and electronic products, i have had fun building my own curcuit boards and design little projects and toys for some members of my family.
I know look to create bigger and more advanced projects to better my own life along with others aswell, some projects i will be doing will be just for the fun of it, some for just the pure nerdglory but mostly they will be to either help me in my every day to day life or others.
One of my idols, who i was refferenced to by one of my electronics teachers when i was in High School is Benjamin Heckendorn. He is the main reason why I fell so deeply in-love with electronics and crcuits for, I have watched all of his episodes of The Ben Heck Show on both Element14 and Youtube. I am also a massive fan of Open-source anything, when I was first introduced to this idea of Open-source it was brought to my attention how many practications it could have in general life and in my own personal life aswell. Its a shame that not all companies embrace open-source, but to those that do keep doing it because what they are offering to so many people is more control over how they use there devices and product and to better intergrate them into there lives. As I said before I am a massive fan of Open-Source, so all the projects I do will be open-source and all the programs I use/code will be uploaded and offered to you as a free and future resource for future projects.
Nothing in life is made in its finale form, everything can change and if it can change we will tear it down and look at it and see what it can become!
Feel free to leave request or even just a comment, im currently in the middle of re-creating Benjamin Heckendorn's project the Portable Rasxpberry Pi with my own little twist. Thanks for your time and effort for reading this.Hope to hear from you on one of my projects.
Thanks,
Hobbsy Out!
