I've recently started using LabVIEW at my work but the costs of using the equipment is a bit out of my price range....until I found LabVIEW works with the Arduino.
I have several Arduino or compatable devices in my tool box. By following the directions on this website: http://labviewtest.blogspot.com/ I was able to get LabVIEW interacting with the Arduino. It's perfect for practicing programming VI's and also good experience for creating testing devices I can use at my work.
