Japan's Sharp the industry's first LED Floodlight 80W module of the ceramic substrate packaging technology

1: Compared with the traditional aluminum plate, the higher the reflectivity of the ceramic substrate, to help improve the light efficiency.

2: The ceramics have high reliability, long life.

3: the smaller coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction of ceramic, even under high temperature, its surface is relatively flat and contribute to cooling.

4: easy to assemble, can be Zenigata LED Spotlight 30W   modules directly through thermal plastic assembly on the radiator.

5: The higher thermal conductivity of the ceramic, which can guarantee the SHARP Zenigata LED Power Supply heat with industry-leading lumen maintenance (95%)

6: ceramic insulator, helps LED lighting products through a variety of high-pressure test

The COB ceramic substrate package led driver 120w modules total of four series:

1: Petit-Zenigata series (4W, 5W, 6W, such as three kinds of power, size: 12x8mm, light efficiency :63-88lm / W, color temperature :2700-5000K)

2: Mini-Zenigata high color rendering index series (4W, 7W, 10W, etc. 3 kinds of power, size: 15x12mm, luminous efficiency :84-106lm / W, color temperature :2700-5000K)

3: the Mini-the Zenigata high voltage series (4W, 6W, 7W, 8W, 13W, 15W and other six kinds of power, size: 15x12mm, luminous efficiency :77-110lm / W, color temperature :2700-5000K)

4: Mega-Zenigata Series (23W, 33W, 63W and other three kinds of power, size: 24x20mm, luminous efficiency :75-114lm / W, color temperature :2700-5000K)

Sharp LED-based low-power chip integrated power module

1: several pieces of high quality low-power chips integrated on a ceramic substrate, according to the high light efficiency, good heat dissipation characteristics.

2: low-power chip LED Flood light 10W  backlight LCD TV widespread use, and product upgrading faster, which can make the SHARP Zenigata LED while ensuring product quality and accelerate product development to respond to market demand.

3: The higher the flexibility, in the case of existing standard products can not meet customer needs, you can increase or reduce the amount of the chip, used, which can effectively balance the relationship between product performance and cost to meet customer diverse needs, enhance the competitiveness of lighting products.
