LED light panel LED set lights in the current market is divided into two groups to meet the lighting requirements of different periods under the premise of the maximum extent possible to reduce power and save energy; while effective in reducing the heat of the LED lights to increase their cooling the cooling time, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the LED lights, greatly extending the life of the LED lights.

1 Background

Street light construction of recent years, China has achieved rapid development and continuous improvement of the quality of road lighting, high intensity discharge lamps are widely used, played an important role in the construction of the modern city, but the attendant energy consumption The magnitude of increase, especially energy prices, improved significantly in recent years so that the power-consuming to be a burden. In the global era to promote green lighting, street lights energy-saving will inevitably become a trend.

At present, China's lighting electricity consumption in total about 13 percent of the electricity, road lighting accounts for 25% to 30% of the entire lighting electricity consumption, so the road lighting energy has great potential and space. Road lighting is the most used high-pressure sodium lamp, this light color, long start-up time, high power consumption, heat large disadvantage of the need to develop new, more energy-efficient road lighting. High-power high luminous efficacy the LED is at home and abroad in recent years the rapid development of new light source, it has a high luminous efficiency (≥ 90lm / W (1WLED)), long life (30000 ~ 50000h), shock-resistant, difficult to damage, instant start, no pollution and so on. The white LED is ideal light sources for general lighting and road lighting. Therefore, the development of LED street lamp has an important energy-saving.

Consider at this stage LED city lights use defects and realistic conditions, the author proposes a LED city lights control system integrated program.

Purpose of the premise does not change the existing traffic light transport system, the control system of each section of city street lights and traffic light control system together to reach the red light during low-power LED street lamp; green period, LED lamps, high-power work .

The program is mainly from the following two aspects of the design:

2.1 LED 400W street light control system of intelligent design

LED street light installations and traffic lights control system combines the use of the conversion of each section of the traffic lights to achieve the control of light intensity in the sections. Red light during the period, less demand for non-motorized and pedestrian lighting, green period, demand for motor vehicle lighting, so be able to fully meet the demand of a variety of lighting to save energy to maximize.

As we all know, low thermal efficiency is a major bottleneck in the LED street. I LED integrated light board internal group design can solve this problem. The program intends to integrated LED street light board is divided into A, B two groups. Red light period, Group A light group working alone, low-power work; green period, A and B in both groups, high-power work; period of the next red light, B light group alone, followed by cycle to work in rotation. This will allow each set of lanterns leaving more sufficient cooling time, to extend the life of the LED lights.

The schematic design this program is divided into three parts: the traffic light signal excitation devices, sequential logic signal conversion device, LED street smart working device.
