The micro:bit Club we have been awarded from element14 for the Great Micro:bit Education Giveaway is still awaiting its showcase at one of our preferred At-Risk Youth Centers here in Singapore.
Meanwhile, we've been working with Maha Bodhi school to bring micro:bits, technological innovation and fun to each and every classroom.
We spent a morning with ~100 teachers from the primary school showcasing the micro:bit and playing an electronic puzzle game utilizing the micro:bit's Radio functionality,
The teachers from Music, Math, Science, Chinese, English, Social Studies departments, and some administrative staff, were thoroughly engaged in the process.
While we prefer engaging with school-children directly this was a good opportunity to spread the joy of physical computing with like-minded educators.
We wanted to share the Cyber-Crime & Cryptography-Themed Break-In Game that we developed for this event with you all.
It's a fun way to challenge students and test their general computing and analytical skills using micro:bit and common gamification techniques.
