I just got linpsk installed and working. I connected a Signalink usb sound card device to my Yaesu FT 857 D. It was a bit tricky but followed the instructions and it worked. A Slice of Raspberry Pi: PSK31 on the Raspberry Pi - Part 1 step by step. It seems a little less robust than I had hoped. The audio needs a boost. I hope that adding the Cirrus sound card will bring a better experience but it does work.
I want to add a rs232 serial port for a packet tnc. I downloaded minicom for a terminal program. That appears to be working. I may see about the TNC-PI if the com port to my AEA PK-900 is too difficult. TNC-Pi: TNC-X for Raspberry Pi Another route would be Direwolf. I have read some posts where it works on the RPI2 with a Signalink. This has some real possibilities. I would be interested in seeing how it does with the Cirrus card.
I may have to buy another RPI2 fir all the projects I would like to do. I want to get WSJT and other related sound card modes like FLDIGI going. It will depend on how well the Pi handles the load.
