Sometime very soon I will reach the magical 100,000 points mark in the Element14 Community.

Will there be a big fanfare with balloons falling from the ceiling? Will I suddenly become all-wise and all-knowing and know the answer to life, the universe and everything (assuming that it is not 42)? What happens when you are no longer a Tesla?

    Perhaps do an Eva Håkansson and build your own EV in your garage, then go on to set a world land speed record in it image

    I have toyed with the idea of building my own electric vehicle for a few years now, but mechanical engineering just isn't my thing. Maybe it would be fun to try. Not sure about setting a new speed record though, nowadays I think 30 mph is getting a bit fast, especially when my wife drives - 30 mph seems much faster when she is driving.

     

    I have thought of buying a three wheel tricycle and electrifying it, but I am tending more towards buying and existing electric tricycle and just pimping it up a bit.
