I'm currently working on a project to dynamic time warp ERP peaks of EEG data to average them to help with neurological diagnoses like alzhiemers. I'm using python to compute the code just because I'm most familiar with it. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Try:

    Index

(Oh how I HATE the way it messes with links!!!!!)

    It's  "http://luscinia.sourceforge.net/index.html" (strip the quotes)

heavy going but you get code (in Java and using unusual libraries but it might help - or be portable.)

There will be stuff in MATLAB which would be free/cheap if you are eligible for the student/home prices.

    MK
