Website development takes up a lot of our time and resources at Harwin, and we feel a certain amount of pride when we hear positive feedback from our users. But of far more use to us is the negative. Though it doesn't happen as often, when it does it is the most useful kind!
Negative feedback enables you to make things better. So we should never shy away from listening to a customer complaint about a bad website experiance or anything else for that matter...
Feedback from our Datamate Mix-Tek customers was that the part numbering system was complicated if you were unfamiliar with the range. We saw this as a great opportunity to make something better and have enhanced our online Mix-Tek part building system to generate pictures of the product that you have selected. The end result is a very cool system (cool for those of us interested in connectors at least) that means you can instantly see a picture of the Mix-Tek component that you need, rather than sending to Harwin to create a picture for you.

Of course, positive feedback would be nice, but if you have any negative feedback, I'd be glad to here it!
