I've placed my order. Used Amazon US. The price of book + shipment is better than the European Amazons with free shipping. It's a strange world we live in.

This is good to hear, but only slightly ; ) because that date could be pushed out further. A new edition "next year" or "soon" has been stated for the past ten years or more.
I'll believe it in April if/when we see it ; )
