New Pickups

Thanks to you guys I'm back at electronics. I replaced the pickups in my electric guitar, and recorded a short riff that I played with my new pickups. My goal was to sound like George Harrison. How do you think it sounds?

I play a Dean Vendetta XMT. It wasn't very hard to swap out the pickup, and yes I did notice quite a big difference. (The ones that were already in were crummy.)

This looks like a very successful electronics project to me. John. I have a friend who builds guitars from scratch and usually has me wire them up for him. John

No I don't but oddly enough when I was younger I owned a Music store and sold guitars and other musical instruments. I learned how to make minor repairs but never how to play.

No I just wired it up. The builder is an artist cabinet maker I have know since childhood and he built it for his daughters boyfriend.
