I ordered few items on 24/12/2016, order no. mentioned above . I was waiting for my products  but 6th of Jan 2017 i got one cancellation mail. I called up to element 14  four times,  every time i was told that concerned people call me soon. i do not the reason that and apart from that  i send 6 mails but no reply from element 14 .

I don not want product but please return my money that i paid and please respond to my mails.

 

I am extremely unhappy and do not how to contact you......

please resolve the issue.
