Old Packaging

Was looking for a replacement fuse, and found this packet in our Fuses box.

Now wondering how old it is, anyone have any ideas?

The Leeds phone number area code of 0532 probably dates it, as UK numbers begin with 01.

The acronym FEC dosen't seem to have stuck either!

I seem to recall that packaging in use around the late 80's, but likewise it may have been old stock.

The FEC logo (and old number) was on the 1982 catalogue according to this photo:
