This was my attempt to create a one-handed game controller for playing FPS games when I injured my right arm. The goal was to be able to use all of the controls available from a normal game pad, but using only one hand! This included full "look/aim" and "movement/walk" controls, a few buttons for firing, jumping, etc, plus additional voice controls for changing weapon, throwing grenades, etc.
