One month into 2012...

1 Feb 2012

Hi all,

I realised it was probably time for another blog post.  After, the reason for not blogging is because I am so busy, which must mean I have something to blog about!

2012 has started well.  We have new producte being added to our product range pretty much every month now, and the last few months have been no exception.  Our ever popular EZ-BoardWare range has expanded, now covering 8 different products, that you can see in our Product Browser on the Harwin.com website.  I helped design a PCB, which we had both made and virtually modelled for the Productronica show that I wanted to share with you, it gives a better idea of how some of the products are used, especially the cable clips.  Now I know it's not real, but it should help visualise the products in their correct settings:

It's a bit small on here, so I've attached a bigger version, but do please feel free to contact me if you want a bigger image, or any of our zoomed-in images - or samples, or techncial advice!

The other main release that happened recently was the addition of another contact size to Datamate.  Previously, we had Large Bore (22AWG), and Small Bore (24-28AWG) - now introducing Extra Small Bore (28-32AWG) image!

Key Part numbers are:

M80-01900xx - for the individual crimps

M80-788xxxx - for the Double Row L-Tek mould and crimps kit

M80-798xxxx - for the Double Row L-Tek mould and crimps kit

M80-4E1xxxxF1 - for a J-Tek Female mould and crimps kit, fitted with the basic hexagonal slotted jackscrew.

Again, any questions, contact me.

Well, I think that's enough for now.  We have more changes coming to the Harwin.com website soon, so watch this space!
