LIDAR with GaN for Automonous Cars. I had a deep technical chat with the CEO of the company who was really focused on the future of lidar. I hope they send me a sample board as promised. I so much want to have this board...mmmmmm..
There was a big focus on SiC and GaN based power devices and new ICs for high current and voltage requirements.
