Nice video! It reminds me, the first time I saw a CNC machine printing signs was when I was a teenager, there was a company that was owned by the local government/council but run by people with disabilities. They were able to maintain the machines and create signs for the entire area's local business needs. That organization lasted decades, and I think still exists, although now I think they have moved on to deal in several different areas non-CNC related.
Basically local governments using their initiative to get IT and engineering businesses created in ways that get many people involved that might want to work but can't find it as easy.
