Hi all,
Well, we made it all safely back from Munich; and, given the madness that the show started with, it was actually very fruitful for us! The problem with that, of course, is that when we get back to the office, there are more e-mails and sample requests to service, more customers to contact and follow up. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, it's just a little manic for a week or two!
Anyway, investment in time now should lead to future monetary reward (that's why we are all here, after all), so we will endeavour to do our best to service these new leads as well as all our wonderful existing customers 
.
Back on the home front, we are doing more concept work on shining up our website - whole new page concepts are in development that should make our site even easier to use, and give you more information than ever. I'm sure I will be able to give you all more news on that in the coming months.
Finally, a big Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends, colleagues and customers!
