I have autoimmune problems and it attacks my muscular and nervous systems. For the past year my right eye has grown more "lazy", so I've used my hair to hide it. My left arm and hand also became number, weaker. I play games and live-stream as a way to make a living (in part)... or did. Now that my "winter depression" has passed I haven't been able to keep a schedule because of migraines and the strain on my arm. The one is fixable - an eye patch. The other is more complex. I need a video game controller I can use ONLY with my right arm.

So here's a bounty for other techies. I need a PlayStation-like USB controller with all four LR triggers at the top as well as some "nubbins" or something to control direction and what would be right-analog hat (and the button underneath) that I can use with my index and middle finger. Something I can hold easily with my right hand. Vibration is a bonus, but not necessary. I don't have much, but I'll pay with a credit card if I have to. Gaming means a lot to me. I don't want to have to give it up, especially since I went to all the work of making a set and doing branding. So this means a lot, and I'll be grateful to whomever can help.
