I want to show my idea, and work I have a prototype, in this way who can control a robot remotly in any part of the world with precision for a very low price. The old ISDN network can be seen as a real time IP network, and now with H.264 codec, High layer put until 4CIF30 (DVD quality in 128kbit/s) and H.265 is 50% better than H.264. The videos are, between two phone numbers of Lisbon.
Who knows this technology, knows that the quality is the same amount two ISDN in any part of the world, with ISUP all the way. Now the ISDN rate are flat rate, and are very low.
