sales meeting closing session & writing nursery ryhmes about Harwin

At the end of the last sales meeting our Customer Service Manager asked us all to write some nursery ryhmes about Harwin...a tough challenge indeed considering this came in the 3pm grave yard slot and we only had 5 minutes!

Anyway, a quick coffee and a hit of chocolate later we managed to come up with some ok(ish) ryhmes. Not likely to rival Beatrix Potter but it made me laugh all the same.

So first up, to the tune of Mary Had a Little Lamb...

Mary had a little board

Her connectors wer far to big

Every Vendor Mary saw

Couldn't quite make the gig.

Mary had a Harwin call

Archer seemed to fit it all

The Harwin rep was on the ball

Now Harwin is the choice to call!

Not a bad start...

The next group to get up with their ryhme even gave themselves a boy-band style name...Archer Revivial. Very X Factor.

This time the tune was to Old Mac Donald and their "song" was titled Connectivity.

Harwin Europe had a farm ey-eye-ey-oh

And on that farm he had some Datamate

Ranges 123

With an L-Tek here and a J-Tek there

Here a latch, here a screw every where a jackscrew

Harwin Europe had a farm ey-eye-ey-oh

Finally, and again to the tune of Old Mac Donald, this time the team managed to get two verses under their belt (they drank espresso).

Old man Harwin had a range ey-eye-ey-oh

And in that range he had some Datamate ey-eye-ey-oh

With a jackscrew here and a friction latch there

Here a pin, there a scoket, everywhere is polarised

Old man Harwin had a range ey-eye-ey-oh

Old man Harwin had a range, ey-eye-ey-oh

And in that range he had an Archer ey-eye-ey-oh

With a surface mount here and a 50 mating there

Here an Amp, there a volt, everywhere is cost saving

Can we have you order?

Ok so maybe they are a little weak...I'd like to see you do better image Maybe it's time Element 14 had it's own nursery ryhme?

Out.
