I'm wanting to host the DB on a remote server at a central location. So really, I'm thinking I just need a source to scour the info from the RFID card then send that data to the SQL server. The server will get the tag ID and basicly tell the Arduino which color to display on the LED lights in the room.
Not sure if that makes sense. Going to sketch out my idea on paper first then go from there. From what I have already learned, I need to break this down to it's most simple steps and write from there.
I've got two RFID readers now. Finally got this one in the mail:
It got stuck in Chicago for two+ weeks some how thanks to the USPS!

I've been watching videos, reading, and crunching ideas.
Will have a brain dump when I get home from work. Can't do two things at once!
