It's been a hot minute since I updated anything here, but I had a couple things to update regarding various projects. ICYMI, check out the latest roundtable chat with me mayermakes mrvolt and KalebTheMaker centering around Project Mego (the classic 2XL voice assistant rebuild). It'll be up on the element14 presents section of the community shortly. Project Califone is still coming along--albeit slowly--and I'll have more details on that as soon as I finish the phono preamp stage. I've been tinkering around with an NE5532PNE5532P as the amplifier chip for this section of the circuit, and I have yet to get my design working 
In better news, I have at least repaired my Sony turntable and am once again able to enjoy my modest vinyl collection in stereo (which was the main concern when I started this project). I've been rocking out to everything from the Beach Boys' Endless Summer to The Mighty Mighty Bosstones Let's Face It and everything in between!
I've got a couple of kit builds coming up and I'd like to get back into Twitch streaming, so I may look into that when I've got a little Sunday time at the shop. Be sure to follow me there for when that happens, and in the meantime, I'm going to grab a sammich!
